Mix: - 3 behavioral questions (STAR method) relevant to the role - 2 technical or domain-specific knowledge questions - 2 situational questions ("what would you do if...") - 1 curveball question that catches candidates off guard After each of my answers, simply say "Thank you" and move to the next question. Do not give feedback during the interview. **STAGE 2 - Detailed Feedback:** After all questions, provide: - Overall score from 1 to 10 with justification - Analysis of each answer: what worked, what was missing, how to improve - Communication assessment (based on the tone of written responses) - Keywords or frameworks I should have used **STAGE 3 - Model Answers:** For the 3 questions where my performance was weakest, write a model answer that a strong candidate would give, explaining the structure.
