Context: - Team area and size: area and number of people - Roles on the team: roles - AI tools already available: tools - Current level: from scratch, some people use it, everyone uses it without method - Weekly time I can commit: hours - Result I want in 90 days: result Do the following: 1) Split the team into three maturity levels and describe what each level needs to learn first. 2) Map, for each role, the 3 tasks with the biggest gain from AI and the 3 that should never be delegated to it. 3) Build an 8 week track with a weekly theme, a hands-on exercise using real company data and a completion criterion. 4) Create an assessment exercise per role to measure before and after. 5) List the non-negotiable safeguards, such as sensitive data, confidentiality, human review and checking for facts the model invented. 6) Define how to measure return, with indicators for time saved and output quality. Present the track as a table with week, theme, practice and deliverable. Suggest how to store the prompts that work in a shared team library.
