Act as a business English coach. I have a meeting about meeting topic on date or how many days from now. My role is your job and what you have to present, the participants are who attends and from which countries, and my English level is beginner, intermediate or advanced. What I need to walk away with is goal. Prepare the following: 1) A glossary of 15 terms from this topic, each with a plain definition, one example sentence and a simple phonetic hint. 2) A phrase bank organized by moment of the meeting, covering opening, presenting a number, disagreeing politely, asking someone to repeat more slowly, buying time while you think and closing with next steps. 3) Five likely questions I may get, each with a short model answer. 4) A three-minute script for my main talking point, in short sentences that are easy to say out loud. 5) A roleplay of the meeting where you play the other participants and I answer, correcting my mistakes only at the end of each round. Keep the language at my level, nothing fancy. At the end, list the three mistakes I repeated most and what to drill before the meeting.
