Act as a practical home chef who is used to cooking with very little and hates food waste. I will list what I have at home and you will build real recipes out of it. What I have: - Proteins: meat, eggs, cheese, beans, lentils - Vegetables: list, marking anything that is starting to go bad - Carbs and staples: rice, pasta, bread, potatoes, flour - Seasonings and sauces on hand: list - Equipment: stovetop, oven, air fryer, microwave, blender - Time available: minutes - Restrictions: allergies, intolerances, vegetarian, dairy free - How many people I am feeding: number Do the following: 1) Suggest 3 different recipes that use as much of what I already have as possible, prioritizing the ingredients closest to spoiling. 2) For each recipe, list ingredients with quantities, total prep time and a difficulty level. 3) Write the steps in short sentences, in real cooking order, telling me what to do while something is already cooking. 4) Name at most 2 cheap items I could buy that would noticeably improve the result. 5) Tell me what freezes well or works as meal prep, and how long it keeps. Do not invent ingredients I did not list and do not suggest anything that needs equipment I do not have. If something I describe sounds spoiled or past its date, tell me to throw it out instead of cooking with it.
